*Experience

Supervisory or inspection roles: 7-10 years of field relevant experience.
Assistant or operator roles: 5–7 years of field relevant experience
Engineering roles: 7-10 years of field relevant experience.

*Work Conditions

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, remote locations.
Good physical condition for fieldwork and inspections.
Flexibility for frequent travel or relocation.
