🎯 Candidate Requirements
✔ Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the applied position.
✔ Extensive experience in Oil & Gas Operations, Maintenance, Turnaround (TAR), Shutdown, Reliability, Asset Integrity, or Brownfield projects.
✔ Experience with refineries, offshore/onshore production facilities, petrochemical plants, LNG, FPSO, or major processing facilities will be highly advantageous.
✔ Strong leadership, planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
✔ Excellent English communication and reporting skills.
✔ International project experience is preferred.
