🎯 Candidate Requirements
✔ Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, LNG, EPC, or Industrial Plant sector
✔ Relevant Trade Certificate, Technical Diploma, or Engineering qualification (as applicable)
✔ Strong knowledge of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, commissioning, and construction activities
✔ Supervisors should possess proven experience in team leadership, work planning, site coordination, quality control, and HSE compliance
✔ Ability to read engineering drawings, P&IDs, isometric drawings, loop diagrams, and technical documentation
✔ Experience in shutdown, turnaround, commissioning, or brownfield/greenfield projects will be an added advantage
✔ Candidates available for immediate mobilization are highly preferred
