🎯 Experience Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Oil & Gas industry
- Offshore experience is mandatory
- Strong background in maintenance, troubleshooting, and operations
- Experience in petrochemical, refinery, or offshore production facilities preferred
- Familiarity with safety procedures and permit-to-work systems
