Position Title: Commercial Supervisor.

Education: At least Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.

Years of experience: Minimum 5 Years’ experience in procurement required in Oil and Gas Sector.

Location Yanbu-Saudi Arabia.

Job Descriptions:

=Receive RFPs, RFQ's RFI's, and support with the issuing orders in accordance with specifications required.

=Able-to-create-comparison-based-on-TCO-methodology. 

=Record-all-details-for-all-tenders-contracts-purchase-requisitions

=Monitor the PR,s & PO,s through the system, ensure their validity.

=Close the PR,s & PO,s through the system on a daily and monthly basis

=Participate in the development of specifications or SOW for services , products or substitute materials;

=Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures;

=Formulating, Reviewing and/or commenting on Contracts, agreements, tender documents, unit rates , cost estimates.

=Analyse market and delivery status in order to assess present and future material or services availability;
