✔ Strong knowledge of industry safety standards and permit-to-work systems
✔ Relevant technical qualifications, trade certificates, or engineering certifications
✔ Offshore certifications and medicals preferred for offshore roles
✔ Ability to work in multicultural and high-performance project environments
✔ Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
