1=Coil Tubing Supervisor - Minimum 10 years of experience

2=Coil Tubing Operator - Minimum 7 years of experience

3=Equipment Operator - Minimum 3 years experience with solid control

4=Solid Control Supervisor - Minimum 8 years of experience

5=Principal Wells Engineering - Minimum 15 years of experience

6=Assistant Driller - Minimum 7 years of experience

7=Cementing Supervisor - Minimum 10 years of experience
