📋 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

To maintain our reputation for excellence and adhere to international industrial standards, all applicants must meet the following professional criteria:

Industry Experience: Direct experience within the Oil & Gas, Offshore, or Heavy Industrial sectors is highly preferred.
Technical Proficiency: Must hold relevant diplomas, trade certificates, or engineering degrees specific to the applied discipline.
Safety Leadership: A deep understanding of offshore safety protocols, Permit to Work (PTW) systems, and Emergency Response procedures.
Standards Compliance: Familiarity with international codes (API, ASME, AWS, etc.) and environmental regulations.
Technical Skills: Ability to interpret complex technical drawings, P&IDs, and maintenance manuals.
