Offshore Manpower: Terms & conditions as per below:

A.     Monthly Income While On Duty = Basic Salary + Site Allowances, OT will be applicable only if work exceeded 12 hours per day.

B.     Monthly Income While Off Duty = Leave Salary (100%) + Ticket issued to his home country.

C.     Working Cycle:  Working cycle is 28 days On / 28 days Off, Working hours per day : 12 Hours.

Onshore Long Term Manpower – Mechanical & E&I Scopes, Terms & Conditions as per below:

A.     Monthly Income = Basic Salary + Site Allowances + OT when Applicable.

B.     Working Cycle: 5 Days per week @ 8 hours per day, Fridays & Saturdays Off. One Month paid leave / year as per Qatar Law.
