About the Project
This is a prestigious, long-term maintenance and shutdown contract for one of the leading oil & gas operators. The project involves preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, shutdown activities, and turnaround support on both onshore facilities and offshore platforms. Candidates will work in a high-standard, safety-driven environment with state-of-the-art equipment and international best practices.
Job Descriptions & Requirements
1. Lead Instrument Technician
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in oil & gas industry.
- Extensive knowledge of DCS, PLC, SCADA, field instruments, control valves, transmitters, and shutdown systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in shutdown, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
2. Lead Electrical Technician
- 8+ years experience in electrical maintenance of oil & gas facilities.
- Expertise in HV/LV switchgear, motors, generators, transformers, and power distribution systems.
- Knowledge of hazardous area classification (Ex-proof equipment).
3. Lead Analyzer Technician
- Minimum 7–10 years experience with process analyzers (GC, pH, O2, H2S, moisture, etc.).
- Strong background in analyzer shelter maintenance and calibration.
4. Lead Metering Technician
- Proven experience in fiscal metering systems, flow meters, and custody transfer applications.
- Knowledge of orifice, turbine, ultrasonic, and Coriolis meters.
5–8. Instrument / Electrical / Analyzer / Metering Technicians
- Minimum 5+ years relevant experience in oil & gas.
- Relevant technical diploma or certificate (ITI / NCTVT / equivalent).
- Hands-on experience with maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and loop checking.
9. Fire and Gas Technician
- Experience with Fire & Gas detection systems, detectors, alarms, and deluge systems.
- Knowledge of SIL-rated systems and cause & effect matrices.
10–11. Lead Rigger & Rigger
- Certified Riggers with valid offshore certificates (OPITO / BOSIET / H2S).
- Experience in heavy lifting, rigging operations, and offshore deck activities.
- Strong knowledge of rigging standards and safety procedures.
12. Welder
- Certified Welder (6G / 3G) with experience in structural and piping welding.
- TIG, ARC, MIG experience preferred.
- Oil & gas shutdown and maintenance background.
13. Deck Crew – Offshore (Rigger / Scaffold)
- Experienced offshore deck crew with valid offshore survival and medical certificates.
- Scaffolding and rigging experience highly preferred.
Key Requirements for All Positions:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas (Upstream preferred)
- Valid offshore certificates (BOSIET, H2S, Medical, etc.) for offshore positions
- Strong commitment to HSE standards and zero-incident culture
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and challenging environments
- Good English communication skills
- Relevant technical certifications and trade qualifications
- Age below 45 years (preferred)
