1. Electrical Technician
- Doing the daily activities
- Attend all maintenance work
- Attend the Emergency work
- Coordinate with the Supervisor for daily maintenance work
- Complete the maintenance work Order with comments of Equipment.
- Follow-up maintenance schedule
- Check the Equipment (Normal- up normal) and inform the Supervisor
2. Assistant Electrician
- Have knowledge about Tools
- Have knowledge about equipment
- Have Knowledge about using Tools and Assist the Technician

3. L.V. Technician
- Doing Maintenance and repair low voltage Systems.
4. Lift Technician
- Operate and repair Hitachi Elevators
- Maintenance of Hitachi Elevators
5. IT Network Specialist
- Doing maintenance of IT Systems and repair it.
6. Fire Alarm Technician
- Doing maintenance of Fire Alarm System and operate it.
- Solve All Trouble Shooting.
7. Security & Access Control Operator
- Operate all Systems, CCTV, BMS, Access Control ….etc
8. A.V & System Control Operator
- Repair Audio & Visual System.
9. CCTV and Security Systems Operator
- Repair, CCTV, Security System, Solve Trouble Shooting.
